Job Title: Telecom Systems Analyst (Senior)

Location: Roybal, GA

Program: CDC MTS

Clearance Level: NA

Job Summary:

Telecom Systems Analyst for CDC MTS Program

Responsibilities:

Manages all activities related to the day-to- day operations of the CDC telephone system, which includes the PBXs, peripherals, and associated equipment (to include, but not limited to Avaya fiber modems and the Uninterruptible Power Supply systems).
Supports other components, such as digital voice-recording, collaboration services, paging, and call accounting system.
Maintains all circuits/trunking including, but not limited to, SONET Ring, Primary Rate Interface (PRI), SIP, T1, T3, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), including all analog communications circuits to all endpoint within the environment.
Interfaces with the Telecom Systems Manager for overall direction and directs the efforts of the Telecom Service Support specialist.
Coordinates with the DAS, UC and cabling teams on issue resolution or projects that involve each or all the work areas; and coordinates and resolves user issues from the CDC Help Desk daily.
