Responsibilities:
- Defining scope of work, estimating and budgeting
- Work closely with Project Superintendent to assure the field is coordinated with the construction plan developed and that schedule, cost and quality expectations are met.
- Collection, Review, approval, cataloging and tracking of Subcontractor and Vendor Invoices.
- Development, organization, understanding, monitoring, and revising of project drawings.
- Conducting meetings over the course of the construction project including turnover meetings, subcontractor and owner meetings, safety meetings, etc.
- Compiling information for and completing permit applications.
- Compiling information related to inspections and testing.
- Developing and understanding contracts with owners and subcontractors/vendors.
- Generating and maintaining project schedule.
- Reviewing and submitting monthly billing.
- Review of on-site issues and solutions.
- Monthly, on-site review of the project in its entirety.
- Completion and review of project closeout documents and meeting materials.
Experience and Skills:
- Commercial Construction Project Manager: 5 years (Required)
- Ability to manage projects ranging from 500K – 15M
- Demonstrated leadership abilities along with an open and willing attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Outstanding communication skills verbal and written. Establishes collaborative relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Excellent technical skills, proficient in reading, understanding, and applying blueprints and job specifications as well as safety knowledge and skills.
- Proficient computer and technology skills with experience using the Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software and BlueBeam.

Work Location:
- Primarily serving the South-Central PA market with flexibility to travel to surrounding states as necessary. (NJ, NY, MD, VA, etc.)
