Program Objective
The objective of this project is to provide high-quality document conversion services for the IRS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the productivity, quality, training, and supervision of team members.
- Ensure all requirements are being met, including turnaround time.
- Coordinate with personnel to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager or related management experience.
- 2 years' experience with supervising 20 staff or related management experience.
- Active IRS clearance required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel background preferred but not required.
