Pay Rate range $23.50- $33.65/hour, depending on license and years of experience full benefits
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We have partnered with RepuCare as our subcontractor for substance abuse and rehabilitation services.
We are currently seeking the following full-time opportunities at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle Indiana.
- Addiction Recovery Specialist
- Provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
- Addiction Recovery Professional
- Conducts comprehensive substance use assessments and provides group and individual counseling for patients participating in addiction services. This licensed professional will follow patient progress from a clinical standpoint from enrollment to discharge from addiction recovery treatment.
Qualifications
Addiction Recovery Professionals require the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral health field,
- Must possess a current Indiana behavioral health license such as LCACA, LCAC, LSW, LCSW, LMHC (independently licensed preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of addictions
- At time of hire or during initial onsite training, must show/obtain current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
Addiction Recovery Specialists require the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field required
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II , LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
- Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
