Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine strongly preferred
- Current CPR and tuberculosis clearance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
