Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Charge RN (Clinical Services Coordinator) to join our team at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, Tennessee.
The Charge RN (Clinical Services Coordinator) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, sick calls, intake, pharmacy, and other related functions. They ensure that the clinic runs efficiently, and quality care is provided to patients. The Charge RN works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
Pay ranges from $40 - $50 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid RN license in Tennessee
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
- Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy required
- Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred
- Experience working in a correctional environment preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
