We are currently seeking a full- time Human Resources Administrator (HRA) to join our Corporate HR team.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks including new hire paperwork intake, data entry and electronic file maintenance, maintaining confidential personnel files and personnel action forms, assigned projects, ad hoc reporting. This role ensures smooth HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and field operations staff.
- Familiarity with Paycom a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of working within a ticketing system (i.e. Fresh Service) a plus
- PHR Certification a plus
- Payroll experience helpful
- 1-3 years of HR administrative experience or a related role.
- Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
