As part of our comprehensive healthcare services provided to the Tennessee Department of Correction, this role is responsible for coordinating substance abuse/addiction program activities in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intake, assessment, treatment planning, and group and individual counseling to inmates.
• Develop and implement effective substance abuse treatment plans that address the unique needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
• LADAC license in Tennessee is required.
• Experience in a correctional environment is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to pass and maintain a security background clearance is essential.
