Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full- time Compliance Manager to join our Regional office located in Carson City, Nevada. 

The Compliance Manager primary responsibilities will have an emphasis of duties in the direction of credentialing, ensuring initial and ongoing compliance.  Secondary will we to assist with the general onboarding, staffing operations, as well as internal and external customer service support as needed as well as provide coverage for the office manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years’ experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team.
• Minimum of three (3) years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, such as CMS and The Joint Commission, for medical and behavioral health care delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in developing policies or procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable.
• Good communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of spreadsheets and data base programs preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare staffing environment preferred.
