Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team covering the following facilities in Nashville, Tennessee:
- Debra K Johnson Rehabilitation Center - 2 days per week
- Riverbend Maximum Security Institution - 1 day per week
- Lois M. DeBerry Special Needs Facility - 1 day per week
- Turney Center Industrial Complex - 1 day per week
The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentials and background screening
Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Day Shift
- No call required
- No nights, holidays or weekends
