Phlebotomist Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our team at Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Missouri.
Job Summary
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger stick blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Must be certified as a Phlebotomist with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist
- Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification/license preferred, not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Requirements
- Available Shift: Full Time Day Shift 3am-11:30am Monday - Friday
