Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead 5-15 employees, including subcontractors, on one or more building projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage project progress, timelines, and budgets to meet company expectations.
- Oversee all phases of construction throughout the life cycle, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide weekly status updates to management regarding incidents, change orders, progress, and costs associated with each project.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Develop and implement effective worksite safety programs in accordance with Centurion Industries, OSHA, and CSR Gen.
- Evaluate and manage sub-contractors to ensure they complete work efficiently with high-quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with customers or their representatives on project progress and change orders to maintain project timelines.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) of assigned projects to meet budgets and pay sub-contractors accordingly.
- Track material costs and labor expenses.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and processes.
