We are currently seeking a full-time Care Delivery Process Coordinator to join our team at El Dorado Correctional Facility located in El Dorado, Kansas .
The Care Delivery Process Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Health Services Administrator and Director of Nursing in development, implementation and completion of a compliance auditing system to provide ongoing and systematic review of areas including but not limited to the following : patient and family care inquiries and concerns, offender grievances, client inquiries, offender requests to staff, disaster preparedness and planning, accreditation, quality improvement activities and associated performance improvement planning, credentialing, gathering and reporting of healthcare statistics, staffing and labor management, compliance with key performance indicators and other administrative duties as assigned to assist in fulfilling contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- Care Delivery Process Coordinator : A bachelor’s degree with major coursework in criminal justice, the social sciences, business or the behavioral sciences or related experience.
- Two years’ experience in collecting, evaluating, studying or reporting on statistical, economic, fiscal / budget, legislative or administrative data.
- Knowledge of Correctional healthcare principles and practices preferred; along with knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies used in collection, analysis and presentations of data.
- Knowledge of statistical measures and quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to express one’s self clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.
