We are currently seeking a full- time Office Manager to join our Regional Office located in Carson City, Nevada .
The Office Manager is responsible for support the operations of a busy Regional Office in a variety of capacities including acting as liaison between field and corporate staff by providing administrative expertise and supervising the flow of administrative duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for medical behavioral health care delivery preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
- Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable.
- Minimum of three (3) years of office experience required.
- Good communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of spreadsheets and data base programs preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare staffing environment preferred.
