We are currently seeking a full- time Provider Claims Analyst to join our IT Team. This is a remote position,
The Provider Claims Analyst is responsible for the analytical data requirements of the claims department and management of complex data projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, informatics, public health, nursing, or a behavioral / mental health discipline (Master’s Degree Preferred).
- 2 years experience claims payment analysis. Knowledge of managed care claims information systems, including provider reimbursements, claims editing, research guidelines, medical billing and coding, and appeals processing.
- 2 years experience business process analysis in healthcare, including gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
- 2 years SQL experience
- 1 year SAS, R, and / or Python experience
- 1 year BI Software experience (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
