We are headquartered in Tyrone, GA. However the service area for this position includes metro Atlanta down to Newnan/Peachtree City.
Responsibilities In this role, you will provide general pest control, as well as termite and mosquito control services. Day- to-day responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
- Interacting with customers, answering questions, and troubleshooting pest related problems at their home or place of business
- Performing thorough inspections including attics and crawlspaces
- Providing general pest control treatments, installing/checking termite stations, performing liquid termite treatments and seasonally, mosquito control treatments
- Selling additional services to existing customers and prospective new customers (opportunity to earn commissions)
- Using software to complete services (training will be provided)
- Collecting payment from customers
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment in good order
Skills
- Must have a valid Georgia driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check incl. a 3-year motor vehicle report as well as a drug test
- Ability to take part in training and pass state regulatory licensing exam
- Present a professional appearance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- Able to work a 40-hour work week
- High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the pest control field is highly preferred or in a complimentary field such as lawncare/landscaping. Bilingual candidate speaking English and Spanish is welcome but not required. A company vehicle, uniforms, cellular device, and gas card will be provided. If interested, please submit resume and/or history of prior work experience along with at least two references.
