Overview : Centurion Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Public Relations Manager to lead our outreach efforts and maintain top-of-mind awareness among local businesses and potential property management clients. This individual will play a key role in developing relationships with community partners, executing marketing strategies, and driving engagement through various channels.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Community Outreach and Business Development :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, including funeral homes, the local chamber of commerce, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisors, and other potential referral partners.
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations to promote Centurion’s property management services.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase referrals and partnerships.
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and networking functions.
2. Marketing and Brand Awareness :
Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the company’s services.Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.Coordinate direct mail campaigns targeting local property investors and potential clients.Maintain and update mailing lists for targeted marketing initiatives.3. Social Media and Digital Marketing :
Manage social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.Develop engaging social media campaigns that highlight company services, client success stories, and community involvement.Track and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.4. Content Creation and Management :
Write and publish blog posts, newsletters, and press releases to highlight company achievements and industry insights.Ensure all marketing content aligns with the company’s brand identity and message.5. Market Research and Analysis :
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or business development.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build relationships and network within the community.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.Preferred Skills :
Experience in the real estate or property management industry.Familiarity with direct mail marketing and lead generation techniques.Knowledge of local business networks and community organizationsHigh-quality friendly customer service skills requiredAdditional Job Considerations :
