Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Orem, UT for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and maintaining HR records. The role involves working closely with the management team and the COO to enhance employee relations and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and on a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree or some college experience in Human Resources and Business Administration is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
