Integrated Security Operations Center

As the government and commercial facilities supervisor at Centurions HQ Security Operations Center, you will serve and protect our partners’ visitors and customers. The Security Operations Center Sergeant reports directly to Senior Management and ensures that data and alerts from the SOC and Control Rooms are communicated effectively and efficiently. The SOC is a round-the-clock operation that uses a comprehensive approach to provide broad visibility of activity across the organization to the Security Operations Team and intelligence from multiple systems and technology databases to provide advanced correlation and analysis capabilities to deliver a prioritized list of actionable security incidents.

Required Experience

Having two years of Supervisor and Dispatch experience, a combination of education and security experience will also be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities:

Supervises Security Communications Team

· Remote video surveillance

· Photographic Investigations

· Carry out safety and security protocols, site-specific regulations, and emergency response actions as needed to serve our customers better.

· React to emergencies and potentially dangerous circumstances in a level-headed, problem-solving way

· Take the necessary steps to address safety concerns or emergency circumstances. Please dial 911 for an ambulance, fire department, or other emergency assistance.

· The following are required elements of previous work experience:

· Proven aptitude for analysis and critical thinking, as well as report-writing experience

· Competence in setting priorities based on the importance of tasks

· Demonstrated expertise with state-of-the-art computer systems (e.g., hardware, software, and networks Traktic)

· Being able to interact fluently with experts in information technology and security systems

· Proven experience with radio, telephone, or console monitoring systems.

· Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, uncertain setting.
