What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at Centurion Selection?
Project Information – Team and Project Pipeline
275 units type V wood frame construction
3 and 4 story buildings on grade
4 residential buildings and 6 stand-alone garage buildings
This APM would be working through design coordination, buyout, permitting, and other preconstruction activities prior to start of construction.
Reports directly to the Senior PM assigned to the project.
Qualifications, Compensation & Benefits
4-year degree in building science or civil engineering is required
Must have prior experience as an APM on a project
Multi-family experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Preconstruction experience preferred, but not required
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
The APM is also eligible to participate in the Construction Bonus Plan. Additional information will be shared during the interviewing process with the candidates they are interested in pursuing.
