Construction Project Executive

The Construction Project Executive will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of 2-3 multifamily construction projects at a time. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in multifamily construction, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

• Lead and manage 2-3 multifamily construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor project managers, superintendents, and other on-site personnel.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Review and approve project estimates, bids, and change orders.

Schedule Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety, financial, and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Reporting:

• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
