Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain project documentation (e.g., daily reports, change orders, RFIs).
- Enforce safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
