Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of tenant fit-out and upfit projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and align on deliverables.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise on-site teams, including field staff and subcontractors, to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and identifying potential savings without compromising quality.
- Process and approve invoices, change orders, and payments.
Schedule Management:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays in project timelines.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all work adheres to design plans, building codes, and client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and punch list reviews to verify quality and address deficiencies promptly.
Documentation:
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and daily progress reports.
