We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee high profile multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role will manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules to meet deadlines.
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Track project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain regular communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and keep project on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in multifamily or similar construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must have new build podium experience.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- OSHA 30-Hour certification and First Aid/CPR preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage project schedules and budgets.
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
