Your Role:
As an Estimator, you’ll drive projects forward, ensuring bids are competitive and reflect the highest diligence and transparency. Working closely with our team, you’ll produce precise, innovative estimates that build client trust and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed cost estimates, addressing client needs with precision and responsiveness.
- Perform material take-offs, analyze costs, and assess risks with diligence.

Qualifications:
- 5 years in construction estimating or project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successful competitive bids.
- Proficiency with estimating software like OST, SmartBid, Bluebeam, or Procore.
- Strong financial, communication, and negotiation skills.
