- Oversee rental leads follow and report to owners on activities.
- Review all new management and lease agreements
- Onboard new owners and be the main point of contact for issues and request.

Leading the Team
The manager will oversee pm accounting, maintenance coordinator, tenant coordinator, and rental marking coordinator. This will be done by overseeing key performance indicators with the ultimate goal that deadlines are met, owners investments are protected and performing, and that great customer service is being provided to both owners and tenants.
Technology Systems
Century 21 Accent Homes uses a variety of technology and automations to accomplish the company goals. The portfolio manager must work to understand and manage all aspects of these systems and comunitate the information effectively to owners.
- Rentmanager- Core property management software to manage accounting, leasing, billing, payments and file management.
- Property Meld- To coordinate maintenance with owners and tenants
- BrightMls - To market listing for rent
- Tenant Turner - to coordinate showings with tenants
- Findigs- To process applications
- Inspect and cloud- to create inspections
- Zapier - to manage automations
- Followupboss- To manage rental lead database
- Google Workplace Application- to conduct day to day business
- Ring Centural- Company phone system
Main Point Of Contact For Owners
Having one point of contact improves customer service and efficiency within the company. The portfolio manager needs to be Identify discuss and solve a variety of issues related to property management and then effectively relay instructions to remote team members.
Compliance and Legal Oversight
Must Oversee all legal documents to make sure they are complete and mistake free. Being the last line of defense for quality control. Identify issues that may cause mistakes to be made and solve them with the help of the leadership team.
Rental Marketing Performance Reporting and Leadflow Management
When marketing properties online for protective tenants, communication with owners is key to delivering great customer service and getting properties rented in a timely manner. Communicating the results of marketing efforts, prospect feed back and getting price reductions where needed is very important. In order to do this, having an understanding of how leads are distributed, pre-qualified, and closed using sales people and technology is key.
Understanding The Entrepreneurial Operating System
Since Century 21 Accent homes runs on EOS. Having a strong understanding of our vision traction organizer and how to use it to manage people will be the key to success when managing employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
