As the Project Coordinator for our Marketing Department at CENTURY 21 Affiliated, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing projects, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication throughout a project lifecycle between agents, staff, and the marketing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for the Marketing Department
- Manage the Marketing inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee project intake and workflow by: setting clear expectations with the client, adding and tracking projects in Marketing specific software, communicating project updates between clients and staff, ensuring timely project completion and delivery, handling billing for applicable services
- Address general questions and concerns regarding marketing services and platforms
- Meet with agents, departments, and core services to discuss project requests and needs
- Order printed materials, signage, and business cards, ensuring proper billing and tracking
- Send all company communications
- Provide administrative assistance
- Other duties and special projects as assigned

Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm; additional hours may be necessary to support operational needs.
