Our fast-paced, busy, energetic Real Estate office is looking for Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our clients and agents.
Responsibilities Include: Assisting office management team- High-quality customer service to office agents, outside agents, and customers- Ordering supplies- Helping agents with office-related issues- Assisting with copies, scanning, making phone calls- Be tech-savvy - Helping maintain office clean, and presentable.

Responsibilities
- Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Has computer skills experience
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
