Accounting
- Managing Deposits, Checks & e-Payments
- Bank Reconciliations & Reporting via Quickbooks
- Ensuring Accurate Payroll with Monthly Withholding, Quarterly Forms & End of Year 1099/1096 & W2-W3 Forms
Transaction Coordinator
- Assist Agents with Sale Closing Planning, Documents & Fund Transfers
- Track rental deposits and deal paperwork to completion with a $0 balance
- Manage a list of New Listings, Under Agreement & Closed Deals
Misc & Property Mgmt
- Monthly Rent Tracking & Updating Maintenance Repair Lists
- Comfortable prioritizing and shifting tasks when needed
- Miscellaneous Admin Tasks and basic office upkeep as part of a friendly 3-person Team
Attributes & Qualifications
- 3-year minimum commitment to position required
- Graduated College or University (4-Year)
- Attention to quality and eager to find the most effective ways to Manage Projects
- Organized, enjoys managing a fast-changing workflow, comfortable with quick feedback
- Friendly, professional, and communicates effectively
- Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop & Microsoft Excel
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
