Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Oradell, NJ, with work-from-home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively engaging in property sales processes, including client consultations, property showings, pricing negotiations, and closing deals. The role also involves generating leads, securing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated with local real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Client Consultation, Property Showings, and Negotiation skills
- Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market Trends and Regulations
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
