Duties

- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or recruiting role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate law is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is beneficial.
