Duties
- Be a leader in the community, and bring our company and it's image to community events.
- Recruit experienced agents and develop new agents.
- Present Agent Compensation Plans
- Maintain Company Culture
- Host events and trainings with vendor partners weekly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate law.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
