We are seeking experienced growth minded Office Leaders for our N. Bethesda and NOVA offices. Between base salary and commissions, this position has great earning potential and room for personal growth.
Executive Vice President and Managing Broker Responsibilities:
Real Estate Coaching:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to real estate agents to help them achieve their professional goals and targets.
- Hold in-person (in the Redwood footprint) training sessions and workshops on various aspects of real estate, including sales techniques, negotiation skills, marketing strategies, and market trends.
- Help agents develop and execute business plans to maximize their performance and earnings.
- Offer guidance on client relationship management, transaction coordination, and problem-solving.
- Monitor agents' progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Real Estate Recruitment:
- Contribute to the company's marketing efforts to attract clients and build the brand's presence in the real estate industry.
- Identify and attract top talent to join your real estate team and mentorship, including agents, brokers, and support staff.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, including agent referrals, cold leads, co-brokes, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Engage in daily prospecting and logging engagement in Redwood’s recruiting CRM.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for the team.
- Present ecosystem match meetings and handle closing objections.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are properly trained and integrated into the organization.
Market Analysis and Contract Strategy:
- Be proficient and knowledgeable in Regional Contracts and real estate practices.
- Stay current with real estate market trends and developments in the local area.
- Analyze market data and competitor information to provide insights for agent business planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics:
- Track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching and recruitment efforts.
- Provide regular reports to management on the progress and success of coaching initiatives and recruitment activities.
Professional Development:
- Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills in real estate coaching and recruitment.
- Attend industry conferences and training programs to stay updated on best practices and industry changes.
Office Management
- Serve as Managing Broker for responsible office(s)
- Directly manage/oversee the day-to-day operation for responsible office(s)
- Oversight of onsite Agent Support Manager(s) (ASM)
- Update Manager on office issues and performance on a regular basis
- Ensure proper use of the physical office space and office resources
- Address employee performance issues and Agent transgressions swiftly and effectively
- Work to maximize usage of Company tools and systems to grow Agents’ businesses
Principal Broker Responsibilities: (if applicable)
- Oversee all transactions within the designated area of the Brokerage
- Ensure transactions are conducted legally and ethically
- Maintain required CE coursework
