As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by recruiting experienced Real Estate Agents and New Licensees, facilitating the onboarding process, and providing support for training and coaching initiatives. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn significant additional income through recruiting bonuses. The Branch Manager will work directly with the Company Owners and staff. BIC-eligible candidates are preferred but not required.
