Serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment between the organization’s long-term and short-term business objectives. This role will focus on driving execution, facilitating communication, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure that business objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and executed.
- Work with leadership to ensure that the company’s long-term vision and short-term goals are aligned across departments, projects, and initiatives.
- Facilitate regular strategy review sessions to track the progress and adjust initiatives as necessary to achieve business goals.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance metrics that align with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent tracking and accountability.
- Oversee the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Promote a culture of high performance by providing regular feedback, recognizing achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.
Operational Efficiency:
- Act as a point of coordination for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
Leadership Team Support:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Help establish clear roles, expectations, and goals for leadership, ensuring they are held accountable for their responsibilities.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the leadership team, ensuring that critical information flows efficiently, decisions are made in a timely manner, and follow-through is achieved.
Culture and Accountability:
- Work with the CEO to foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance at all levels of the organization.
- Support leadership in establishing company-wide initiatives that reinforce the organization’s core values, ensuring a high-performance work environment.
- Establish processes for regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
- Special Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead or support key strategic initiatives that require cross-functional coordination, ensuring successful execution and results.
- Manage critical projects on behalf of the CEO, driving them to completion and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
General
- Maintain and keep workstation and department area clean
- Demonstrate sound working knowledge of firearms safety
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times
- Adhere to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by the Company
- Other duties will be assigned as required.
