Positions are scheduled to start on March 28th and require onboarding/training in Vermont (paid).
Summary of Position Mission
Responsible for the safe and damage-free handling of all products and parts throughout the warehouse. Accurate acquisition and disposition of product in the BoundBook. Ensure product manipulations are accurate and timely. Safe operation of industrial equipment.
Responsibilities-Material Handler II
- Certified on industrial equipment to move materials to and from various locations including, loading docks, trucks, and warehouse environment.
- Utilizes ERP system to locate products, pull product, master label manipulations, inventory inquiries, and troubleshooting. This list is not exclusive.
- Acquisition and disposition of product in boundbook using ERP system and always ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare packaging materials for product.
- Ensure labels are properly affixed to outside of product container.
- Performs counts on firearms and parts under direct supervision as needed.
- Assemble boxes to meet established daily goals.
- Transports materials, supplies, and finished goods with care and caution.
- Maintain sound working knowledge and application of firearms safety.
- Perform initial inspection of your own work to ensure that few or no mistakes are made in the assembly of the product.
- Produces the required quantity of parts and/or products to meet established daily goals.
- Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
- Adhere to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.
- Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor
- Maintain respect, courtesy, a positive attitude and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.
- Other duties will be assigned, as required.
