We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Banking Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various banking operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle return mail processing and ensure accurate documentation.
- Answer debit card and online banking inquiries without transferring calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and maintain FED IAT reports.
- Manage online banking support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with EZ Banker PIN resets for customers.
- Facilitate business online banking enrollments and provide necessary support.
- Set up ACH transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) setups for clients.
- Provide support for Bill Pay inquiries and resolve related tickets.
- Take minutes during operations meetings and IT committee meetings, ensuring accurate records.
- Process requests for external/mobile deposit limit increases.
- Compile and present operations reports as needed.
- Serves as backup to the switchboard operator.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in banking operations and online banking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
