Century BMW, a proud recipient of BMW’s 2024 Center of Excellence Award, is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Sales Team as BMW Client Advisors. As one of the most innovative and customer-focused automotive groups in the country, we are committed to delivering world-class service and a premium ownership experience—starting with the people we hire.
We offer a commission-based pay plan with an initial salary of up to $6,000/month during your ramp-up period.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent the BMW brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles
- Lead test drives and demonstrate key product features and technologies
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure a premium delivery experience
- Maintain and grow your client base through prospecting, referrals, and ongoing engagement
- Accurately log all activity in our CRM system
- Participate in dealership and community events to generate leads and foster relationships

- Organized, detail-driven professionals with strong follow-up habits
- Experience in automotive, hospitality, or retail sales preferred
- High energy, professional appearance, and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with modern technology
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred
