This is a leadership position that includes expert witness testimony, conducting advanced level forensic accounting services, and the training and development of staff.

This is a leadership position that includes expert witness testimony, conducting advanced level forensic accounting services, and the training and development of staff.
Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Plan and participate in client assignments from beginning to end.
- Manage and train staff.
- Aware of firm realization goals and can complete assigned tasks on time and within budget constraints.
- Continually monitor team progress toward completion of deliverables within proscribed deadlines.
- Identifies key information necessary to meet the engagement objectives.
- Applies professional skepticism and makes critical assessments of information being analyzed.
- Prepares testimony-quality reports and analysis.
- Reviews the work product of team members for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and comply with highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct.
- Actively networks and participates in events or activities to develop and maintain own professional network.
- Additional professional certifications in addition to CPA license (ABV, CFE, CFF, CFA, etc.)
- Family Law forensic accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field preferred but not required
- 8-10 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 6 years of supervisory experience
- Active CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience as a testifying expert in family law forensic accounting
