Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits Division. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of business, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to mid- to large-market clients. The Account Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their benefits programs are effectively managed and aligned with their organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of mid- to large-market clients.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct open enrollment meetings to educate clients and their employees about their benefits offerings.
Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations for employee benefits plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Ensure all client accounts are managed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The annual salary target for this job in this market is$130,000-$150,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. Outside of base compensation, there are opportunities for - Commissions and / or Annual Bonuses (variable depending on firm and associate performance).
