Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Review high net worth individual returns, trusts, gift taxes, and flow through entities.
Supervise and develop associates.
Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services in a timely manner.
Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies.
Train and guide junior level associates

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a CPA, EA, and / or JD.

BS and / or master's in accounting.

Experience with Axcess Tax a plus.

Experience with BNA a plus.

Superb communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Able to problem solve and think both creatively and logically.

Strong tax research skills.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree

6 years of experience in public accounting or related field

3 years supervisory experience

Must have active CPA or equivalent certification

Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Proficient use of applicable technology

The hourly target for this job in this market is $65.00-$85.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.

The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
