Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Work closely with leaders to manage cases from start to finish.

Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and research.

Prepares reports that ensure analysis adequately supports conclusions reached.

Provides guidance and mentoring to staff to help facilitate staff development.

Manages the assignment budget and profitability in area of responsibility.

Take a lead role in managing engagements and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrates proven ability to take a project from start to finish with minimal guidance.

Demonstrates ability to lead, motivate, develop and coach teams.

Demonstrates proven ability to compile and complete reports from start to finish.

Strong interpersonal skills and active participation in networking.

Strong project management and problem solving skills.

B.S degree in accounting, finance or economics required.

Professional licenses or credentials; ASA or CFA preferred.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree

6 years of experience in public accounting or related field

3 years supervisory experience

Must have active CPA or equivalent certification

Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Proficient use of applicable technology

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $120,000 - $160,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
