Sales/Account Manager/Cabinetry

Century Cabinetry, PA is a leading regional cabinet manufacturer and distributor located in Eastern PA. Century services primarily the new construction and distributor market. As a Cabinet Sales Manager for Century our team of skilled Territory Sales Representatives deliver quality cabinetry and dedication. Century Cabinetry has served the Residential Builder Industry since 1976, and with continued growth, our team is looking for an enthusiastic sales driven professional to support our corporate goals. (service area located preferably in Southeastern PA/Central NJ area).

Qualifications:

• Account management experience in the Cabinet Industry preferred
• Residential/Commercial Builder Industry background
• Jobsite, construction management skills helpful
• Good Oral and Written communication skills
• Results oriented
• Understanding of territory including competition and identifying potential new accounts
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Ability to utilize 2020 cabinetry design software preferred
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Solicits sales of cabinetry to achieve budget and new business growth targets
• Implement strategies for territory to increase revenue and profitability
• Develop business relationships to promote Builder and Distributor sales
• Regular client visits with emphasis on training personnel on Century products and competitive advantages
• Establish new accounts while servicing existing portfolio of accounts
• Maintain integrity and quality business relationships
• Follow Century policies and procedures while promoting and representing company philosophy
