Located in Elkin in the beautiful Yadkin Valley Region of North Carolina, Chatham Nursing & Rehabilitation has been committed to quality healthcare for 19 years and is one of the leading providers of long-term and short-term care throughout in the area. We currently have CNA II openings in the following areas:
CNA II – 6:30am – 2:30pm Full-time with a Sign On Bonus

Qualifications
- Required –unencumbered CNA Certification
• Preferred - experience in a Long Term Care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software -- PCC a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
