Reports to: Table Game Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Dealer is also required to practice the customer courtesy skills of to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for a designated table.
- Communicate any pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or other necessary team members regarding player information, title 31 information, suspicious activity, possible intoxicated guests, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino.
- Maintains constant awareness of activities of assigned table in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity.
- Controls and directs game in progress by dealing according to department procedures and maintaining game protection.
- Must be able to deal and meet department game pace requirements.
- Utilizes and is receptive to on-the-job training for receiving adequate guidance, resources and information for adequate job performance.
- Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to pull, kneel, squat and grasp as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Mental Demands:
- Must be able to tolerate a variety of different levels of noise, illumination, temperature and crowdedness on the Casino floor.
- Must be able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in assigned tables with limited space, high volumes, diverse clientele, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment with loud noise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience/Education:
- Require a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must have strong mathematical skills.
- Must have completed required dealing school or its equivalent.
Knowledge:
- Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps strongly preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of applicable Missouri State Gaming laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of game procedure and internal controls.
. Other:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.
- Must complete all required company training.
