SUMMARY
Responsible for accurately recording audits daily totals in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations in Accounting Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for consolidating shift reports for all areas of casino operation.
- Responsible for management of daily Slot, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Hotel and all other audits.
- Responsible for challenging integrity of audit detail and end product to ensure compliance, accuracy and effectiveness.
- Preparing audit and distributing win reports.
- Verifying soft count deposits.
- All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Director of Finance and then to the VP/GM.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Must have good organizational skills and have great attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast –paced environment and stressful situations
- You will need to be available to work all shifts and holidays.
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Table Game License through the WV Lottery.
- You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You will need to be able to stand/sit/walk for prolonged periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
