Salary Range: $18.00 to 22.00 plus tips

Shift: Day/Swing shift available 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all video surveillance systems to observe and monitor Customers and Employees for any violations of the Colorado Gaming Act or company standards and procedures, to report violations as required, and to ensure the safety and security of all Customers and Employees. Table Games knowledge is required.

House Policies and Procedures and the Colorado Division of Gaming Rules and Regulations.

• Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes the use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.
• Attendance, be here on time and ready to work.
• Services and maintains (to the best of his/her ability) the electronic video and audio surveillance systems to observe and monitor customers and team members for any violations of the Colorado Gaming Act or company standards and procedures, reports violations as required, and ensures for the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, regulations, and ICMP.
• Conducts and reviews surveillance in performing incident investigations by reviewing and analyzing videotapes, and reports findings to management staff as directed. Works with security personnel during investigations of incidents, accidents, work-related injuries, and thefts to determine and identify evidence through videotape review.
• Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities, and before taking action, exercises caution and evaluates circumstances for appropriate surveillance or safety response. Seeks guidance from the Surveillance Supervisor, as needed or directed.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships and good customer service skills with all customers and employees.
• Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
• Attendance:  reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.

Demonstrated thorough knowledge of casino operations and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills, which includes contacts with staff members, Guests, and State of Colorado Gaming and other regulatory officials. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work. Demonstrated experience in surveillance operations, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills, which included experience handling difficult and sensitive surveillance investigations. Demonstrated technical knowledge of state-of-the-art surveillance systems, including hands-on experience performing bench work level repair and service. Demonstrated experience in security operations, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated knowledge of self-defense skills.

Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.  Must be at least eighteen years of age.
