NON-EXEMPT POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Winners’ Zone Representative GAMING LICENSE: MGC Level 2
PROPERTY: Caruthersville DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Winners’ Zone Supervisor and Leads
POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The Fan Club Attendant is responsible for providing casino players with player tracking cards and all benefits and perks of the Fan Club membership. Fan Club Attendants are also responsible for answering and handling incoming call. The position is responsible for learning and communicating the various policies and procedures required of the Marketing Department.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Create player accounts and club cards.
- Authorize and issue comps.
- Setup PINs in CMP
- Completes all assigned duties and paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
- Reviews and monitors all current policies and procedures.
- Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness of the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and club membership benefits.
- Provides feedback to the Winners’ Zone Leas/Supervisor/Manager regarding status and concerns of players and Winners’ Zone needs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays: shifts may change based on business needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to read, write and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a way that can be easily interpreted.
- Ability to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke filled casino environment with above average noise levels.
- Availability to work 24-hours hours a day, 7 days a week, varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid MGC Level 2 Gaming license.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
- Must complete all required company training.
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
