Job Overview: The Billing Department Associate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing our Field Technicians' Time Cards against GPS times to support our Billing Team with accurate labor times. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Billing Team has accurate information to process Work Orders. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review and compare Field Technicians' Time Cards against GPS times.
  • Document discrepancies and ensure all data is accurate for the Billing Team.
  • Process and prepare Work Orders Notes for Billing Processing Team.
  • Update tracking sheets to create history on incidents (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Collaborate with Field Technicians and Supervisors to resolve any time discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all reviewed Time Cards and associated GPS data.
  • Update Google / Excel Spreadsheet Templates
  • Assist the Billing Team in any additional tasks or projects as needed.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Attend regular department meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a billing or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Location - Resides Within 15 Mile of Office in Auburn, CA

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Schedule is Monday - Friday (Flexible Schedule Availability)
