Duties
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

- Monitor profit loss statements and take necessary actions to improve financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, promoting professional development and team cohesion.
- Drive sales initiatives and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients and all Century team to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a branch or retail environment.
- Strong background in profit loss management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and leading projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets is highly desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
